TranscribeMeow is a transcription service developed by Grata Software. The website address is: https://www.transcribemeow.com.
What Information Do We Collect?
Grata Software is the sole owner of the information collected through our app. We use the information we collect to operate and improve our website apps and customer support. In addition, when you request information or content from TranscribeMeow and supply information or content that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you, you agree to share that information with TranscribeMeow, its agents, representatives, and affiliates. As a result, we only collect or have access to information you voluntarily give us through our mobile app or website. In addition, we will not sell or rent your information to anyone.
When registering for an account through TranscribeMeow, you will be asked to make an account and will have to provide contact information (i.e. name & email). This information is used to contact you or better assist you if needed. Also, the email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your transcriptions. We may also send periodic emails to keep you updated on TranscribeMeow. And, you can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
Your transcriptions are kept confidential and we will not access them unless you report an error in processing, in which we will take steps to fix the error with your transcription. Some other instances where we may also release your information would be when we have to comply with the law, enforce our website/business policies, or protect our or others rights, property, or safety. Furthermore, we may release your information when the information is pursuant to court orders or law enforcement request (i.e. search warrant, subpoena, court order, discovery request). Otherwise, personally identifiable visitor information will not be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
